4 years? Sure.

Looks like it’s been 4 years since I’ve put any effort into this site.

Not into the health struggle, but into this site, to be clear.

I lost some weight, gained some weight.

I started a heart health monitoring program (more on that later).

I started hiking more, trying out Orange Theory Fitness, and others.

And in 2017 I tried a weight loss program called Ideal Protein.  I lost over 40 pounds.

I’ve gained most of that back.  And now, I’m embarking on a re-set with that program.  I am committed to trying this one more time and then making an appropriate transition to eating a balanced diet.

My intent is to use this site to track my ups, downs, and progress.
