The only comment I make was the fish took longer than 15 minutes – closer to 30. After 15 minutes, I turned the oven to 400 degrees and turned on the convection feature.
… oh, and I added a sprinkle of goat cheese on the artichokes and olives at the end.
I sauteed some green beans in the remains of the butter/garlic/lemon pan for a side.
