27 Jan Dinner: Vegetable soup with bison sausage

Mom cooked the soup and smelled delicious as I walked in the door on Friday evening after work (and a productive grocery store visit to Sprouts).  Mom’s always great at the soups. 

Soup: Chicken broth; carrots; cabbage; onion; celery; cilantro – simple

Then we just cooked a couple links of Pederson’s Wenzel Jalapeno Bison Sausage and grated cheddar cheese.

Delicious and spicy.
